Unencrypted e-mails can be read, and potentially even manipulated, by third parties, particularly the service providers of the sender and the recipient. When you send us e-mails or enquiries, we assume that you are aware of this possibility and the associated risks yet still agree to messages being exchanged in the form of unencrypted e-mails. If a message is changed after we have sent it, we are not bound to its content.

Austrian law shall apply. Place of jurisdiction is the relevant court in Salzburg.
